Mrs. Bryan earned her B.S. in marketing from Illinois State University, is a licensed Realtor in the state of Louisiana, and has extensive experience in municipal permitting and land use. Mr. Bryan is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience across the residential, commercial, municipal, heavy civil, and marine construction industries, with the past seventeen years focused on federal construction projects with the USACE and NASA throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States. Although Corlan Construction Services, LLC is newly established, its management team brings a demonstrated twenty-five year plus background of experience across the areas of commercial coatings, real estate, permitting, and construction of residential, commercial, municipal, federal, civil, road, bridge, and marine projects.
